Comments:
got a ride out to this sandy, open sort of space where we were going to do our run and then run back to the villas we were staying at. it was real hot out, even for the morning. i was wearing a shirt which made it feel worse too. we took a ton of pictures on top of this sand/rock mountain thing and kind of killed some time with coach and the girls there. then we headed out on our run. went down this road, which turned into a sand road. eventually we ran by this house with some dogs, and shortly after a husky came running up to run with us! he somehow escaped the house and just wanted some people to play with. he was pretty cool, but he was real energetic and i thought he was going to run in front of a bus or a car once or twice. returned him to his house and continued running back to the villas and did some striders. coach said they looked pretty good, and i felt really smooth.
