Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
ran the progressive long run with david at like 3:15. it was real hot out, but it ended up being a pretty good run. we just went up shaker to green and cam back via south park. was about 7:15ish pace, then 6:45ish then under 6 for the last 4. our middle section was a little short, so we added on about 5 minutes on the grass at van horn at the end. kind of a little cool down. it was real hot, and muddy on north park, so it was a weird combo. i was probably a little dehydrated, but it was a good workout. in the last section david kept me moving because i know if i had been by myself this time, it wasn't going to end as well as it did. i was real tired.
