March Madness themed run part 2...Sweet 16.
Half-mile warm-up, then 16 mini-loops at NSM (500 meters?). We ran 8 then rested for "half-time" then ran 8 more (aka the second half) but this time as doubles (4 sets of two loops). 6 miles total interval distance.
