Comments:
North Park by myself at 5:15ish. Did the first lake loop except coming back I did the trails on NP keeping as close to the creek as possible. That was fun because the trail led between narrow gaps and was right next to some reasonably high drops. Also, it was cool running on some trails I haven't hit before. Total estimation on distance.
Six long strides across Van Horne after I got back. Worked on my form at different speeds.
Abs: L-Overs, bicycles, twists
Hips: 25 x cycles in each direction
