Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with CKells, after he appeared at the house. It was mid day, but it was cool out, very nice. Ran up NP and Shelburne to fairmount, then wound around till we found Lyman Circle. We didnt realize that we did the whole loop, so we came back out onto green then came back shaker. Felt good we started out slow but picked it up on the way back. Long runs are so essential, and I love getting them in. Legs felt good, and back wasnt a problem, even though it was kinda sore. We took a ton of pee breaks on this run too :)
Got back, stretch, roll L7.
