Comments:
Did this on my own around noon because I had a lot of work to do in the afternoon.
Warmed up to Coventry and stretched a little there, then did 3 minutes at goal 5k pace, 2 minutes easy, for 30 minutes, or only 27 without the last recovery period. The wind was pretty rough a lot of the time, and it was much colder today than it has been. I don't think the cold affected me much, but the wind definitely did. I kind of doubt I was going at 5k goal pace and I had no way to know if I was, but I know I was running hard. Went out to Eaton on NP and came back SP, beginning and ending at Coventry. Cooled down back to Veale and did the lift with Natalia then stretched/rolled with Tim.
