Comments:
i didn't hit my goal times but it's the best workout i've had so far. getting back in it still. rest was 2:30 but 1:30 for the 300s. splits were (1:55-3:40-2:02-69-30-(1 mile)-49-48-47) and i was alone the whole time cause i had to go to the bathroom after the first one. 300s were slow but i just had nothing left in the tank.
