workout out in the heat! it just keeps getting hotter. i dont know who told ohio that summer comes right after winter, but they should stop. i like spring weather. sometimes. oh well. it was a pretty tough workout because of the heat, and i think i avoided pushing the last 1200 too hard to hit the time because of the heat and my race being on friday. the 400's came pretty easy to me, but i still felt tired. cooled down barefoot for a while, then back to veale. also acquired a small blister that i hope won't be too bothersome.
4 times 1200, 4 times 400. goals: 3:36-3:39, 67-69.
