Had a better day today. I felt like swimming now since I probs wasnt gonna run, and i didnt double. Swam pretty consistently for 15. heated hammy before, and didnt really feel it in the pool. Its still a little sore/tight/strained, but feels better than yesterday. Rolled a little before showering. Jess gave me a sleeve and told me to keep an eye on it. Lots of people have been messing their hammies lately...
