Comments:
Legs were tired but had a good workout. 1 wu, 1 mile of 200 m strides, then 2x800 at 5k pace (2:34, 2:35), with 400 m rest with both. Then 4x300 at mile pace (51, 53, 52, 51) with 100 m rest. Then one last 800, first 400 at 5k pace then all out (2:23, 70 last 400 split). 3 cd.
