Went to Treaty to do a speed workout - one of my first in months ahh! Did it by myself - 4 x 1200, times were slowww 4:54, 4:45, 4:47, 4:48 ... gotta get back in shape. 400m recovery walk/jog, mile warm-up and cool-down
