Coach threw me a bone today and Corey ran the 10k workout. I haven't done a workout with someone else in two weeks. My stomach felt distended and unsettled today and it was always sort of in the back of my mind. The tempo part of this was pretty easy and I felt as though we could have done it straight without the break and not have struggled much. We had the wind in our faces on the way out and at our backs on the way back. We ran the first mile coming back in 5:33 and relaxed after seeing that.
I wasn't feeling the greatest on the 800s and sort of let Corey go. My stomach was more upset than on the tempo. I still ran within the time range Coach had told me to.
