6:40PM. Sleep: 8.5 hr. Long day at work, lead a 6 hour training session on oil and gas air permitting in Texas, excited to begin running full-time again, decent run, saw a runner go behind a car and then the car attempted to back up, physical therapy, stretch, pushups.
