Never Let You Go

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Workout was to be 2 x 1.5 at a peppy tempo pace, then 2x800 at race pace. Rest was 2 for the tempo and 3 for the 800s.

Ran the tempo portions on MLK, set my goal pace between 5:30 and 5:40. Was with Cory and Tim on the way out and hit it pretty well. Started the way back with Wyatt, dropped off him after about half a mile when we came through there pretty quick. My last half mile was a bit slower than I'd have liked but it was still good. Jogged over to the track and took a pit stop before starting the 800s. Was trying to run them at ~5:15 pace. Was a bit slow on the first one, but hit the second one pretty much right where I wanted to. Jogged a mile on the field then back to Veale. My right calf was pretty tight after. Stretched and rolled in Veale, would have taken an ice bath but was really hungry, so I didn't take one.
