Comments:
Ran after work, jamming it in before my mtg with Shannon from UO PT. Ran from work, did some strides, then decided to do a tempo -- since it was nice and I was feeling OK. Started at the 1mi point on the PRE trail and ran to MP 4. Forgot to do the little add on, so I lost about 0.05mi, but it was a solid pace: 5:45/mile on sloppy trail (namely the last half).
Stride felt a TON better and faster: really had to focus on letting go of the R pelvis AND using the L hamstring/knee flexion (L hammy's been sore and tight due to the R pelvis issue - but it was fine in the tempo).
Post-run, tried to frantically cool off but wound up sweating through the first 15min of my mtg! Ooops!
