Kujo and I did the standard little loop. Worked on forefoot strike. Groin area soreness and inflammation today, didn't feel on the run. Probably from burpees yesterday.
CF: 8 Tabata intervals (20s on/10s rest) pushups, situps, squats. Totals: 107 p/u, 148 s/u, 98 squats.
