Comments:
Had a mile wu then mile of stride outs (semi did)then 10x1200 at 5k pace 3:53 (4:02, 3:52, 3:53, 3:51, 3:53, 3:52, 3:52, 3:59, 3:55, 3:59), with 400m rest. 1 cd. So tough, but thankfully was able to get through.
