Talked with Jess because my right leg has been sore and tight in a way that makes me a little concerned since Monday. She said I can race this weekend but to go on the bike today.
Biked later, easy at first and then with a little bit of interval-type stuff from yesterdays workout and a hard three-minute burst at the end. Yearly heart rate PR!
