eastside crossover

Got in my run right after lunch. I was kinda tired from walking back from Leutner, and I gave a tour to Phillip the recruit (I really hope some of these kids start coming to case... Its so sad to hear they picked another school, also I hope I wasnt to awkward to Matt... Hope he liked it). Jumped into a run alone. The training room was closed again, because apparently the softball team needs two trainers, so I couldnt heat at all. That being said, I could feel the tightness while running, but a quick heat and roll would have wiped it away. A good shot of adrenaline would do the same too :). crossover was nice out, but I felt kinda tired and sluggish. The striders at the end helped a lot, felt faster and more powerful.

Stretch roll L7 and pushups. The ice was embarrassing, basically a bag of cold water. WTF.

I am excited to race. I like this because it is fun. I wasnt to just finish satisfied. I know I can get my best race at conference, but I guess I need prove it with my guts and glory.
