So this was my last long run of the training schedule. Just 10 more days until Boston. I worked overnight on Wednesday, didn't sleep all that well on Thursday, so my body definitely felt it today. The run overall was pretty slow, but my legs felt just fine the whole time so I guess that's a good sign. Didn't want to push too hard with the race being so close and my body already being tired from the overnight. Also, didn't have coffee with my breakfast and I think it made a pretty big difference.
