Felt like SHIT in the afternoon - just super-tired.
Ran 3.5 warm-up from work, then did an easy 4x800 - timed, but without looking, with Dan-O. Dan led 1, 3, and I let 2,4:

Felt so-so. Stride felt better - focused on pelvic pushing, but LB said my L arm was going crazy again. F! Also, my R pelvis was pretty damn sore. Ho-hum...
Did 2.5 cooldown then home.
