Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran downtown with Lauren biking with me. Lauren was hurting from the 10 miler she ran over the week and then running earlier in the day so I had to keep running back to make sure I didn't lose her. I also started having a pain in my hamstring and grow increasingly more uncomfortable on the way back on the run.
Once I finished I stretched and tried to work out the issue but couldn't. Tried a strider, didn't feel good, so I called it a day.
