Hill Run
1 mile warmup
4 x 1 mile up hill, jog back recovery
1.5 mile cooldown
All continuous at a solid-state pace

Not really a workout but sure as hell hurt like one. Ran an avg. of 6:32/mi I think. Wasn't killing myself, only doing something that felt comfortable. Starting the third one though my legs were starting to feel winded from the hills. Saw Ben running as I had about a .25 mile to go on my 4th one and wanted to run my cooldown with him, so that was a good motivation to finish up. Run BEAT ME UP. Kind of scary that it did it to me but also good.

Ran over 2000 ft of elevation change for that run. Probably more than 10.5 but close enough.
