Comments:
I was supposed to run with Vince this morning but he texted me at 6am again saying he was canceling, so I was in no mood for this. Just wanted it to be done and over with.
Wound up running from Honeygo at a "what felt good" pace.
First 10 miles- 60:56
Last 6 miles- 36:03
Then ran another .75 mile to cool down and finish off the run just to make me feel good that it was a min 16.
Surprised at how well this went given I wasn't trying to do anything, just letting my body do what it wanted.
