np to lee then down to the track

Comments:
A bunch of people went up to lee and back. Me Chris mercer and david wanted to meet coahc to jump over the water barrier, so we did some mileage first and then headed down there. Good run, considering I was super sore from yesterday. Got a nasty charlie horse in my hammy last night, almost screamed. It was just sore today, but felt fine running. Calves were pretty sore too. Try to get into the ice bath tomorrow... It was nice out though, and the pace was fine. Some of the water barriers felt really hard landing, not as fluid as hurdles. Got to stay up and just get out quickly. Its going to go by so fast anyways. WE jogged back after that. I found a NY quarter in the field too.

Stretch roll (a lot) L7 and a few ice bags before heading out.
