Comments:
Ran with Chris. It was so beautiful out. Legs feeling ok after yesterday... another sign. Right Heel was super tender last night actually after I took my shoes off. Think I bruised it from all the pounding in the steeple and wearing my spikes... hurts to walk around and put pressure on, but running with the heel cup feels fine... 2 weeks roll with it. Keep an eye on it though... Good run other wise, at Green Chris kept going and I came back. Felt great on th way back i think i picked it up a lot and negative split.
Stretch roll L7 Icecup chill on the porch.
