2*1000m w/3 min recovery, 4*200m w/200m jog recovery, with Gjoraas and Dave, splits: 3:15, 3:13; 33, 36, 35, 35, eased up on the 200s a little bit because I tend to pull things with shorter and quicker intervals, solid workout
