Comments:
2 laps then warmup for 2 mile. was really excited to 2-mile today, felt good and really nice weather. nose bleed ~10 minutes before race during warmup, stopped, then started up again ~3 minute before. Pretty messy the 2nd time around, so racing was a no go. Went for a run when we got back to school. Around the neighborhoods for 30, hungry and a bit frustrated. Hoping for a time trial tomorrow hopefully. skipped strength work today except for crunches, pushups, and clams.
