best long interval day this season! not the greatest times but probably the first time i broke 2 in the 600s haha. ran 1:52-1:51-1:52-1:54 with 3:30 rest. i didn't feel very good cause i was really dehydrated all day. still excited for Friday with 2 of my best workouts this week. coach told me to go 59-62 so i'll try my best to qualify.
