ran with ben tim and chris at like 3. it was real nice weather, but coach told me to go really easy the next few days, so i did. luckily everyone else seemed to want to go slower too, so it worked out. just around the first lake.i don't need much mileage for the rest of the week.stretched real well, and then messed around with a football and basketball for a while. it was fun. just needed to take some time and mess around. it was nice.
