biked with david after 250. it was pretty normal, but i went fairly easy. practiced taking our heart rates in some weird ways, and talked about some stuff i don't really remember. then stretched and played a bit of basketball. oh yeah, and discussed possible cross training activities for our weeks off once they come. going to try and row and play some raquetball, and maybe some other cool stuff.
