Lab went late since we were doing presentations. I am really glad that Chris and David waited for me. Weather was nice but kinda chilly. The sun actually came out eventually. We just warmed up over to the track, got to drills and everything. Legs felt good today, they are kinda sore now since we did hurdle. Ill get in the ice bath tomorrow and do some real easy stuff to be ready Saturday.

We did 3 x 600, what ever felt comfortable and in the groove. We stuck together the whole time. I didnt really need to focus on staying with the pack. I was just there. Thats what I want/need, to be inserted into the race and to stay there. I know I can do it. The hurdles felt good for the most part, had to studder into a few, but Im not afraid of them at all. The water jumps were very fluid. In over out. I really need to keep that in my mind the whole time. I am convinced that I am loosing at least a second on water jumps later in the race if my form breaks down. Overall feeling geared up. Today was good (except for CKells eye, shit was nasty!) i think it was around 74s per lap. If i could close in that, i would be stoked!

Lap on the field picking up hurdles then headed back to veale. Stretched alone for a while, then everyone else showed up. Yea CKells got some dirt in his eye and it was freaking me out. I am happy he got it out.
