inclined bench sit ups 15 X 7 + 10 , all leg lifts, ball on the wall - hamstring and quad machine with no weights 4 x 15 with rt leg assist and 2 single leg and hold, 30 box steps, lat pull downs and side lifts 20 to 35 Kg 6 X15
