Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
10 minute warm-up on the exercise bike. We ran from my house to Taco Bell so I could take a poo. Then we ran down Michigan St. to Beltline. from Beltline down Lake to the High School and got water. Then Lake to Wealthy, to College, to Lyon. My right foot started hurting and my IT band hurt at the end. I think I need new shoes ASAP.
