Comments:
Woke up with shin pretty sore: did stretch and some light cross-friction, then iced. Was a bit sore walking to work, but decided that I CANNOT "limp": I was refusing to DF/heel strike previously, but I forced it on myself today.
Felt remarkably GREAT all morning! Thought I'd lift weights at lunch, but instead went running with G-OFF. The big focus was on relaxatoin of the feet, to make sure I wasn't keeping it as a dysfunctional stump. Felt AWESOME for 2.5 miles, then only the tiniest bit of symptoms near the end, but even then, it was next to nothing.
Iced w/ice cup after, then to work. Took x4 profens after lunch. Felt no pain except for end-range DF AROM.
