21' @ LT pace on the 5' loop(30" hill) in BP
strides and lunges

Probably the best workout of the year so far! Very happy with how focused I was and how I kept my HR in the LT range. The loop, which usually took around 5' last year, was completed in about 4:35. Feelin' the runner's high.
