Half mile shake out with Jen and Bettine, mile warm up with Jen, cool down alone. Race alone. I felt eh. Well I felt really fast for the first half and I thought I got faster in the third lap but I guess not! And I totally thought I PRed until I heard my time.....#awks #heartbreak #ohwellnexttime
