Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Well I have a meeting tomorrow with Coach, in the mean time I want to run a little more before the two weeks off. Makes sense. Training starts last week of may, I started late anyways, and CKells could use someone to train with. Its important to not run alone. I joined him for his workout, tempo 1000s. I paced the first 600 then let him go on his own pace. We warmed up over to the track little italy. Legs feeling pretty good lately. Warmed up, drills and strides. I ditched the ankle brace today, and felt so ready to go. Good step! We went like 1:58 for the 6, and 3:18 for the 1000s. Some of my hurdles were bad but we stayed on pace. I think it was helpful for chris. I know I am not training for another race, but anything I can do to help out my teammates, I will be glad to get in there.
Cool down back to veale, a quick stretch and farewell to Tim. Also hit up Twinsburg vs Solon dual meet at Tiger Stadium. The Matt Kelly fan club was there representing (me steve chris) good meet lots of fun there and at casa de kelly.
