Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I ran most of these around 2:24 to 2:26. We were supposed to do 8, but on the 7th one coach said we could stop if 4 guys went under 2:20. Keyser, Clint, Davis, and Jim all did it, and I tried but only came through in 2:23. Still a good finish.
After cooling down, I did a lot of hurdles. It felt easy, and I tried jumping over them while running really fast in case I ever need to kick really hard at the end of a race.
