6:30PM. Sleep: 8 hr. Had my annual performance review at work, went well, noticed a lawn in need of mowing, plenty of people on the track when I arrived, drills

6 * 800m w/ 30 sec rest, plan was to do 4 - 6 intervals at 3:30, quickly learned that goal was too easy as I breezed through the first one in 2:59, felt pretty good, fairly smooth and just settled into the pace, no digestive issues this time, likely my only workout before the race, splits: 2:59, 3:02, 3:00, 3:00, 3:01, 2:58

Track empty when I left, physical therapy, stretch, Papa Ibis.
