Getting my run back

Today my foot felt good enough to try running again. I know I had to take afew days off after my "Half", but the pain in my foot made me take afew extra days. I did 5 miles in 41 minutes. It felt good. I like how these "long runs" are becomming the norm and that I am improving my overall cardio. I just wish I would burn some more fat. It is kind of hard to do with fried lunch everyday. I don't really have much of a choice in that though.
