Comments:
Post-work, pre-trip run. Ran medium-Pre loop before heading out. Felt pretty good...actually AWESOME.
I finally figured it out: QUAD EXTENSION. I've been using too much calf and not enough TKE, which is why I've had calf issues now and preceding my knee injury in October.
DUH.
