ran with mercer after we both had our first days of work. it was a pretty good run. went around the second lake from michelson. talked a bit about our summer training and about this summer in general. can't wait to move in the village though.

going to do what i did last summer and try and map runs so i know more precisely what pace i'm going for each run. try and get a handle on paces, and try and hit what coach told me to.
