walked up in the trails a little more. Its the reverse of what we run, and it took me a while to realize that. Those trails are so legit. I was cruising, trying to get some good stretch in my legs. Felt good, and it was really nice outside. Im starting to feel rested and restless at the same time. It will be good to stop being a fatass and start training.
