plantations shake out

well its been 2 weeks of sitting on my ass resting. time to shake out the legs and get running again. Went over to the plantations after my dentist appointment. Parked down near flat rock and kinda just went out on a super easy shake out. Still feeling achy from the cold... so my breathing felt kinda bad. Its been so long the running felt sloppy, but it was nice to get back out, especially because it was nice and cool out. Ran over to park park, back the ridge trail, and finished up with the majority of a salad bowl. Short and slow. The hills werent that bad, cruized right up them.

Stretch in the grass, followed by 1 min L7 (keep it around 2 for most of the season. It helps with the hips. They Work up again to 5 in track) and abs (ending with pushups). Stretched the ankles a little in an ankle series. Everything felt surprisingly good. The only real aches came from the cold.
