Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
messed up watch time, but we were going pretty good pace. i think i've pretty much got things down. know when i'm going too fast, or not fast enough. ran with mercer. we went around the second lake and i don't remember what we talked about but the run went by pretty fast. i need to stretch better after runs though. i'm past the first week of work, which wasnt hard, its just tough adjusting to a 40 hour week. ate lots of food for dinner.
