6:45PM. Sleep: 7.5 hr. Had to look up the code for the apartment gym, spinners had been moved to the windows in front of the racquetball courts, a bit unnerving to hear the balls slam against the wall behind you, listened to Prolonging the Magic, 5 min in gear 5, +1 gear/min until gear 13, 8 min in gear 13, -1 gear/min until gear 5, 3 min in gear 5, 1 min backpedal, stretch, crunches & pushups.
