Comments:
Felt really fresh and strong. Had a day off and a good meal last night. Surprising what a difference it makes. Started out at just an easy pace but picked things up as I felt good. Finished fast and strong, with a bit left. No specific pain anywhere, though noticing a bit of tightness in the knee like IT band pain at times when not running. Drank about 20oz water.
