Classic Downtown Sandusky Run-
I woke up early this morning to get in my run since it was supposed to be absurdly hot today. I was dehydrated when I began and my body had some difficulty keeping itself cool even in this. This was hard; I could feel my hamstrings tightening on the way back and the heat was nasty. My breathing was somewhat better than it has been of late and my stomach felt much better for most of this.
I realized after this run today that I could get myself back into racing shape if I wanted. I could reinstate my old summer training and get back to the basics. With a dearth of other responsibilities for the time being, I still have have the fire in me to push myself. I just need to find a reason to go through the trouble of it.
