Weather: low to mid 70's much nicer

Comments:
Ran after work. Alone which wasn't a problem. No Ipod either which was a nice change of pace. I think I'm going to do this more often. I was able to focus on my effort level a lot more. Felt a lot more in control of this run today. Kinda wasn't used to the heat or the running but I feel like I'm adapting back into it again.
That said I was sore from yesterday. Not too bad just like post hard workout sore. It'll get easier. As evidenced by the difference between yesterday and today. Being cooler probably helped. Good run overall.

RHR: 48 Probably high because of the intense heat last night. It was rough.
